The package name did not change. That is a branding change at minimum, and possibly a change in what the package covers, but the release at which it happened and what else moved with it could not be sourced beyond the labels themselves, so it is flagged here rather than smoothed over. It is observed on this site from API 28 through API 37.\n\nFor Android Enterprise, EMM and kiosk use, the useful detail is how themes are packaged. Samsung's Knox Configure documentation notes that each wallpaper within Galaxy Themes has its own package name, so allowing the Themes app on an allowlist is not enough to let a theme download: the package name of each wanted theme has to be allowed too. That cuts both ways. A fleet meant to carry corporate branding needs those individual packages allowed, while a locked-down fleet generally has no reason to make the theme store reachable at all, and app policy is the cleaner lever for that than package removal.
