The per-version behaviour of this specific overlay could not be sourced.\n\nFor Android Enterprise, EMM and kiosk use it plays no part in enrolment or policy and exposes no user-facing surface. Navigation mode is chosen through the overlay manager and Settings rather than by enabling or disabling packages, and only one navigation-mode overlay applies at a time. Disabling the one in use can disturb navigation, so leave it alone and use your EMM's lock task or kiosk policies to constrain navigation
