Google publishes a Play listing at this package name titled "Pixel Camera", describing photo and video features such as Portrait, Night Sight, Time Lapse and Cinematic Blur. On this site its recorded label is "Camera", and it is recorded on Pixel models from Pixel 6 to Pixel 10 Pro across OS API levels 31 to 37. Where this site holds signer data, it is signed by a Google-classified key that does not sign the Android framework. Some of what the listing describes is not confined to the device. It describes Video Boost as giving "ultra-sharp video through AI processing in the cloud" and Camera Coach as offering guidance "with the help of Gemini models". For Android Enterprise, EMM and kiosk use, this is the camera app a Pixel user opens, so disabling the package removes that app. Where the aim is to stop camera use altogether rather than remove one app, the Android Management API documents cameraAccess, whose CAMERA_ACCESS_DISABLED value disables all cameras on the device (device-wide on fully managed devices, and only within the work profile on work profile devices). The same reference documents a per-app "disabled" field, noting that app data is preserved when it is set. Whether other apps on a Pixel depend on this package for capture could not be established from the sources cited here.
