This package is part of that Health Connect system component rather than the Play Store app, so it may be absent, or the backup and restore option unavailable, on older releases. For Android Enterprise, EMM and kiosk fleets it is a user-data feature tied to Health Connect and is used only when a user configures a backup. Since Health Connect itself is built into the system as a framework module on Android 14 and up, this component is part of the platform rather than a separately installed app, so no disable recommendation is made here; on fleets that do not use Health Connect at all it is simply unused.
